Reiki & Crystal Therapy
Crystal therapy uses the unique frequency, colour and mineral properties of natural crystals, placed on or near the body in alignment with chakra points, to gently restore energetic balance. Crystal Grids using sacred geometry are also offered.
How Crystals Work
Crystals work through three complementary mechanisms. As Nikola Tesla wrote: "If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."
- Vibration — each crystal has a unique measurable frequency; its electrical charge gently brings cells and the bio-magnetic field back into balance
- Bio-scalar waves — concentrated energy that increases circulation, reduces swelling, enhances immune function, and releases stored emotions from the cellular structure
- Mineral constituents — specific minerals subtly influence health; high-lithium crystals such as Kunzite, for example, can support mood regulation
- Colour — crystal colour resonates with specific chakras, adding a colour-therapy dimension to placement

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands-on or hands-near energy-balancing practice rooted in the principle that the practitioner channels universal life energy to support the recipient's own healing. Sessions are quiet and deeply relaxing, and are commonly used alongside crystal therapy for a combined energy-field treatment.
